Houston Air Leads is a lead generation company based in Houston, Texas. We generate and sell exclusive HVAC service leads to licensed contractors. Contact: zunair@houstonairleads.com.
From homeowners who use our quote forms: name, phone number, email address, zip code, property ownership status, HVAC system age, the service requested, urgency, and the timestamp and content of the consent you provided. From contractors: business name, contact details, service area, and purchase history.
Our websites also use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to record that your browser visited our site. This helps us measure advertising performance. It does not give us your name or contact details unless you submit a form.
Homeowner information is used for one purpose: to connect you with a licensed HVAC contractor in your area who can service your request, and to contact you about that request. Contractor information is used to deliver purchased leads and manage the account.
When you submit a quote request as a homeowner, your information is provided to one licensed HVAC contractor in your service area, who will contact you about your request. We do not sell your information to lists, brokers, or advertisers, and we do not provide the same submission to multiple contractors.
We rely on a small set of providers who process data on our behalf: Meta Platforms (advertising), Netlify (hosting), Make.com (workflow automation), Google (spreadsheets and email), Twilio (SMS delivery), Calendly (scheduling), and Porkbun (email hosting). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
You may revoke consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to any text message, replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any email, or emailing zunair@houstonairleads.com. You may request deletion of your information at the same address and we will remove it promptly. You can clear or block cookies in your browser and adjust how Meta uses your data at facebook.com/adpreferences.
We retain lead records, including consent timestamps, for as long as required to operate the service and meet our legal obligations, and no longer than necessary.
Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
